Do you visit a web site regularly?

In the form of widescale publishing enabled by the Internet, unlike mass broadcasting, the main question is how to get people to have a look at what you've done.

In a discussion with the Web master for the ITU TELECOM, he said we really have to encourage people to get into the habit of using the Web. It is true that although I use the web quite a number of times a day, I have not got into the habit of visiting sites regularly, with one or two exceptions (Netscape, Apple, ... for up-dates). E-mail messages jog people's attention and encourage them to take a new look. But despite Hot Wired's regular and somewhat bland e-mail flash about new web contents, for example, I still don't go there regularly. Getting people to go to a place regularly is difficult to achieve... There really has tobe a good reason to go back regularly and even then I doubt if people do it.
